1. Who we are

This website is operated by Grow With Crowe LLC, a California limited liability company ("Grow With Crowe," "we," "us," or "our"), which offers the speaking, training, AI education (AI SOULutions), and Clarity Mapping services of Jen Crowe. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website and when you contact us.

2. Information we collect

Information you give us

Information collected automatically

When you visit this site, we and our service providers automatically collect certain information, such as your browser and device type, the pages you view, the links and buttons you click, the website that referred you, and your approximate location based on your IP address. We collect this using cookies and similar technologies, described in section 5. You can control them as described in section 6.

This website does not ask for sensitive personal information. Please don't send health, financial, or other sensitive details by email unless they're needed for a session you've booked.

3. How we use your information

4. How we share your information

We share personal information only as needed to run our business:

We do not sell your personal information for money. Under some state laws, including California's, giving identifiers and browsing activity to advertising partners for targeted ads counts as "sharing" (or a "sale"). We only do this with your consent, and you can opt out at any time (see section 6).

5. Cookies, analytics, and advertising

Cookies, pixels, and similar technologies are small pieces of code or data that let a website or a partner recognize your browser. We use three kinds:

We may not use every tool listed at all times. Our store and booking pages on Stan and Calendly may use their own cookies and pixels under their own policies.

6. Your privacy choices (Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information)

7. Third-party services and links

This site links to services we don't control, including Calendly, Stan, Zoom, and social media sites. When you use them, their privacy policies apply. We encourage you to read them.

8. Emails

If you request a free guide, register for a class, or ask us to keep you updated, we may send you related emails. If you're on our email list, we may also upload a hashed (scrambled) version of your email address to advertising platforms to show you relevant ads or to exclude you from ads you don't need. You can opt out of this as described in section 6. Every marketing email includes an unsubscribe link, and you can also unsubscribe by emailing us. We'll still send transactional messages, such as booking confirmations and receipts.

9. How long we keep information

We keep personal information only as long as we need it for the purposes in this policy, such as staying in touch about your inquiry, delivering services, keeping business and tax records, or meeting legal requirements. Analytics data is kept for up to 14 months. Advertising audiences are kept for no longer than the platform's audience duration, typically up to 180 days for site visitors. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it.

10. Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect personal information, including encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we can't guarantee absolute security.

11. Your privacy rights

Wherever you live, you can ask us to:

To make a request, email jen@growwithcrowe.com with the subject "Privacy request." We may need to verify your identity before acting on it, and we'll respond within 45 days. We won't treat you differently for exercising your rights. Residents of states with their own privacy laws may have additional rights, and we'll honor them as required.

12. California residents

If you live in California, the California Consumer Privacy Act (as amended by the CPRA) gives you the right to know, access, correct, and delete your personal information; to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information; to limit the use of sensitive personal information; and not to be discriminated against for using these rights.

You may use an authorized agent to make a request on your behalf; we may ask for proof of their authorization. Under California's "Shine the Light" law, you may also ask whether we share personal information with third parties for their own direct marketing purposes. We do not; our advertising partners use the data to provide services to us and as described in their own policies.

13. Children

This website is intended for adults and isn't directed to children under 16. We don't knowingly collect personal information from children under 16 through this site, and we don't knowingly sell or share it. Speaking and training programs for schools and youth organizations are arranged with the organization, not through this website. If you believe a child has given us personal information, contact us and we'll delete it.

14. Visitors outside the United States

We're based in the United States, and information is processed and stored in the U.S. If you visit from another country, you understand that your information will be handled under U.S. law.

15. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. We'll change the effective date at the top, and if the changes are significant, we'll make that clear on the site.
